Plumb Rite = Not willing to do a proper job

Plumb Rite came to open my drain.<br> Was clogged due to plant roots.<br> 2 days later, after I actually used that drain again it became clear that it is stil partially blocked.<br> Called them back and was told that if they find roots again that I wil be charged again.<br> I'm sorry. you did not do a proper job first time.<br> I wil not be using or recommending you again.
