Plumbguarantee and nedbank insurance *******

Last month I got plumguarntee through Nedbank Insurance for a leak through the geyser on the outside of my house. I paid the R500 excess and they reckon they replaced some valve. Few days later I saw drips outside again and reported this. Unfortunately when they returned and observed the drips stopped for that few minutes. The plumber reckon its normal. Today its leaking heavy and I was forced to close off geyser. Such an inconvenience. Nedbank uses only one company it appears as they sent plumbguarantee again. Now their plumbers reckons the geyser needs replacement and I must pay R500 excess again. Damn hell, the geyser is 10 years old and should have been replaced the first time out. Geysers last about 5 to 6 years. This is a money making scheme to ***** customers and keep the plumber busy. A damn *******
