Plumb Guarantee and the plumber with an attitude.

Plumb Guarantee shows up at our house on Wednesday 5 November 2025. The very rude plumber tells us, he will put the geyser either on the roof, in Gordons Bay, where the wind always blow. The plumber then wanted to put it in the back of my house outside where the wind comes from. In clear sight of everybody walking and driving past. We sked him to put it where it was. But he refused because he had to break open the cealing. We asked him for a quote for putting it outside out of the eyes of everybody passing by. He said he will drop the geyser and give us a quote.

He left.

We phoned them and asked them where is the geyser he brought it an hour later.

It is today 7 days later.

Still no quote. They told us because the geyser is under guarantee, they get paid very little from the geyser company and we cannot claim from insurance. This is also not true. We can claim for the instalation. The insurer will do it. If they have a quote. But we can not get the quote. How difficult is it to get a geyser installed.

In the pass when I did not use Plumb Guarantee, it was done within the same day. Now a week later. I have a geyser lying in my garden and cold water in my house
