No guarentees

On the 13th September Plumb Guarantee replaced my geyser. The day afterwards there was air in the hot water. I was hoping it would go away, as the geyser was new. It didn't.

On the 26th October I phoned them and they promised to call me back, but never did. I e-mailed them the 28th October and they advised they would need to come and inspect the geyser and the call out fee would be R825.

The installation is only 6 weeks old and the issue was there since day one, but they refuse to come back and fix the problem. Either they installed it incorrectly or they installed a faulty geyser, regardless you need to pay the R825.

Ironic that their name has guarantee in it, but their work is not guaranteed.

If your insurance company recommends Plumb Guarantee, do yourself a favor and request another plumbing company. Once they leave the site, you are on your own, no guarantees.
