Unprofessional, *********** Plumber

I called Plumb e-zee on 8 August to repair a leak from my apartment into the apartment below. He went to site and carried out investigations. He called me to discuss with a quotation for the work. Being a gullible fool I placed all my trust in Shawn and believed he would carry out the work to an acceptable standard especially since he is a member of the Plumbing Institute. I paid 50% deposit and off he went. At the end of August I called my tenant to check on progress to no avail. There were no complaints so I assumed he had finished the work and I paid the remaining money. In the middle of September complaints ensued from the neighbour and when I called him he said the had done nothing because he was in an accident. I gave him an opportunity to finish. When he had finished breaking out the shower floor to replace the waste pipe the complaints ensued. I went to the inspect the neighbours unit to find that the leak is on the opposite end of the shower. When I confronted him he said he had not inspected the unit and \assumed"that the leak originated from the shower. He tried to find the leak in the bath with no success. he has not made good any work and has abandoned the site."""
