Shameless parking on disabled spot

<p>on 17 July a white bakkie with Plumb E-Zee written all over it was parked in front of the CHeckers Grey owl center - in a DISABLED parking spot. Right next to it was a VACANT normal parking bay. Two individuals, a lady in the driving seat and a man in passenger were waiting in the car having a rather loud discussion.</p> <p>Lady - why can you not appreciate your ability and just park in a normal sized parking bay and leave the disabled bay for those that need the additional size to move around? Stop being so selfish and respect other people's needs.</p> <p> </p>
