Promises, promises but no service

We contracted Plumb E-Zee for the installation of a home geyser.<br> All went well until a couple of weeks later the geyser developed a leak on a blind plug installed by them.<br> Numerous phone calls and always a promise: phone me on Monday, phone me on Wednesday, phone me on Friday, phone me on Wednesday 07:00, we are busy with a big job, phone me.... We now finished with big job, be there on Saturday.<br> They were very quick when we had to pay for the job but they were totally uninterested to come and fix what they left as a substandard workmanship.
