Plumbers that Deliver what they promise with a smile

We realised that we had a serious water leak at our home. I found Plum Sensations on the internet and phoned them on Saturday Morning. A team arrived at our house well before the promised time and found the leak that was unfortunately under the house, we were loosing 50l per minute. The gave me options and described the Pros and Cons, and once I had chosen the best way forward, I had a quote on my mail before the team had left. We accepted the quote, paid the deposit (which I hate doing before any work is done). They promised to be back on Sunday Morning before 8:30, 8:30, I received and SMS saying the team was on the way, so they arrived about 30 minutes later than promised, but they arrived fully prepared and over the next few hours basically re-plumbed my house and the onsite cottage. The team was efficient, respectful and almost totally non invasive, we hardly knew they where there. By 16:00 the same day they where gone, you can see where they dug up the garden, but they cleaned up, cleared up and left minimal evidence that they had been there. They will also, as part of the service, do structured reports to the insurance company as well as the council, so that we can justify a potential refund from the council, and hopefully get insurance to pay for the work done. They also give us a 10 year written guarantee on all work done.
