Beware you won't receive your order

I've placed an order through their website and paid with payfast on their website. Refuse to release my order as she says the payment does not reflect on her bank account. I've send her all the proof of payments from my bank account as well as from payfast. Still no help at all. Does not answer her phone. Does not reply on my emails. So no matter what proof I send her she just does not send my order even though they promise to send your order within 5-7 days.
