Ignoring complaints againts them of poor quality and braking consumers law!

I wrote a review about Plum footwear. How their quality has dropped tremendously and how they completely ignored the consumers law act. They refused to take responsibility of their product,braking the law after shoes broke in half after just a month and only worn a few times at work. They didn't reply to my first review on Hello Peter. Just proofing their absolute disregard of a complaint against them. If you were a fan of Plum shoes,like I was,I would recommend walking away from their products. You would think by spending more on a product,that it would last you longer,not the fact with them anymore. AND they don't care if their product brakes within the first few wears. They also broke the consumers law act with me. I worked as a manager in a clothing warehouse store for many years and am completely educated in the consumers law,therefore warning all customers, they don't care about you or their responsibility towards their products.
