Bad quality and Braking the consumers law act..

I bought a pair of shoes from plum footware. After the first day of wearing it. It broke. I took it back and they did a horrid job fixing it. I decided just to take it. After 3 weeks it broke through the middle completely. (Just a note:I sit behind a computer all day long and only wear them about 3 times a week,I'm also a medium build). I took it back,they send it to head office and head office refused to reimburse me or do anything about it and gave it back broken. This is directly braking the consumers act. Therefore braking the LAW. This is a warning to all, that plum footwear's quality dropped incredibly and that they don't return if their footwear breaks withing consumers act time-line.
