Disgusting unprofessional service an poor food Good day I bought coupons for the first time on wiki deals for my birthday 2 October at pluckys for 10 people deals . Was I disappointed an disgusted in the way we were handled what suppose to be a celebration for myself not just my birthday but Also my cancer progress was a disaster!! We arrived just before 6 pm when approaching in a lady immediately said we closed I then confirmed I bought for 10 people I read the finer details an it confirmed no booking is required, she then confirmed that they closed again . My aunty asked twice to use the toilet she then confirmed she just mopped but come to the back . She then offered to give our drinks an then we could go up to moyo that's the best she could do she was very unprofessional, impatient an grinding her teeth upsetting herself for us as we ordering our drinks !! She gave no time to order our drinks her Answers was short an she was very irritated there were two other customers in the shop an they were looking at the way this lady was treating us !! She then confirmed that her manager is off sick an she is standing in for him, she needs to go her bus is at 6 an that is the only bus she can take . She had no time for us more worried about the bus an telling us we have 5 mins to order the drinks .. Before leaving to Moyo I asked her name so I can confirm with the guys at Moyo who sent us she refused to give her name an said with a attitude they will know who you are I run both stores . When we left an went to Moyo they were aware that we were coming very disappointed yet again they had one sauce for the burgers only out of Tabasco sauce no mix fries no potato pops telling us they don't do wiki deals mind u we were aware an it was not our fault that we had to come from one store to the next also they confirmed they had two kinds of sides only which was a lie as we were collecting our order one of the sides we wanted was the potato pops an we were told they do not have it yet while collecting someone ordering after us got potato pops. What suppose to be a celebration a fun night was a disaster walking with drinks in a main road to go to another store struggling to find parking then being serviced like animals is pathetic . I will never recommend the place. No respect no customer service no professionalism.
