Dont ever buy a deal for this restaurant!!

Disappointed with the service I received regarding a Hyperli deal I purchased. Despite following the terms and conditions of the deal, which clearly outlined block-out periods, my attempts to redeem the offer were met with refusal. The dates I attempted to redeem the deal were outside of the block-out periods, yet I was turned away without any reasonable explanation.

I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter by calling the cell number listed on your website, as well as sending SMS messages, but I received no response. Furthermore, when I visited the restaurant, the store manager was unhelpful and refused to escalate the issue to a higher authority, showing a lack of customer service and care.

To make matters worse, there were at least ten other customers who had purchased the same deal and were also turned away, despite having followed all the necessary guidelines. This lack of response and assistance is deeply disappointing, especially given the number of people affected by this issue.
