Very highly disappointed

Very highly disappointed in the manner they are handling my money issues, I would like your company to intervene in the refund of R3726 which was paid extra as school fees since 2019 of which i have been requesting the school and tried to correspond with them but they are not responding hence i need your intervention to my refund, for more information feel free to contact me, i am not happy with the manner this was handled.
