Poor service delivery from the accounts department in head office

Poor service delivery from the accounts department in head office. I withdrew my son from the school because we re-located to Limpopo after the death of husband. I paid school fees for the full year last year amounting to R35 000.00 and therefore the school has to refund some of my funds since my son is no more attending school at PLG. Its sad to trust an organization so much and later be disappointed with their services. I have made countless follow-ups with the head office and I'm just been taken from pillar to post. As its stands now I'm being told that they can't refund me because the school is being AUDITED. From my experience as an Auditor for more 10 years, I have never heard of such a thing. Where business operations are being be put hold because of an audit, where internal processes within an organization are being put to hold due to Audits. Honestly I'm disappointed, I'm just praying that no one will have the same experience.
