Lots all my money at Pleysier Incubators

We bought 2 Incubators from Pleysier (dealt with a guy named Robert close to Hartebee****rt), and none of the incubators work! They are still under warranty and 1) refuse to replace it. 2) put the phone down in your ear if you phone them. When you arrive at his shop, he is out shopping, and there is no way to reach him. I will never deal with this company again! The warranty doesn't mean ANYTHING.
