NO SAMPLES, NO REFUND?

<p>My experience in dealing with Darren at Plexable Designs has been nothing short of abominable. He failed to produce samples for me on two ocassions, after promising me that everything I was asking for could be done, and reassured me that I would have my custom made elements in time for a very important presentation to client. I paid him a deposit up front of R 2000.00 as he had requested. He had not yet even started making up the samples by the time my driver arrived to collect them, and Darren's attitude about the situation was the worst part, saying he was very tired, hadnt been to bed yet and didnt want to deal with my cr*p!!! He undertook to refund my money, although never once apologised to me or took accountability for failing to produce what he promised. Against my better judgement (and still in need of said perspex samples) I gave him a second chance to redeem himself and make up the samples for my second presentation round... He even joked that he would NEVER let me down again after I had been so kind as to give him a second chance. Imagine my horror when I was due to collect the samples for the second time and Darren kept asking me to push out the time for later in the day, and then eventually got really agressive with me and demanded "do you want the samples or not"! After I pleaded with him over the ohone to not let me down again, he said he would call me back in five minutes and proceeded to switch off his phone. I missed the deadline yet again, and he has STILL not refunded me my deposit a month later. I would avoid using this business like the plague and have subsequently heard of so many other stories like mine from disgruntled customers who Darren has let down and taken money from, yet to be refunded. Shocking service and even worse attitude, I will make sure to spread the word so that others can avoid having the same ********** experience with this supplier. </p>
