Charged for Goods that was not correctly supp****

On the 7/3/2016 I placed an order for 6 perspex cake stands with crystals, LED lights . I sent Darren a pic of what I required and he confirmed that it would be done exactly like the pic.The cost for this was R2200 incl delivery. He said that the stands will be ready on 11/03/2016. I paid him a deposit of R1500 on the 7/03/2016. He promised to send me a pic of it once it was completed... I was to pay the balance on completion..but on friday there was a pic of only 1 stand sent to me with a very few crystals.. i asked him about it and he said that he was still adding crystals..This was not the agreement.. it was supposed to be ready.. On on Monday 14/3/2016 it was still not ready.. I was afraid that he was not going to deliver. He then said that he was going to cancel the order and i was going to loose my deposit. I told him to send the stands to me. He was going to send the LED lights and crystals that he did not complete. I paid him the balance of R700. To my horror some of the stands had no crystals at all, no LED lights and I had to pay the courrier company R450 for the delivery. I have the invoices, pics and all corrospondance. I tried calling but no JOY....
