Bad service again Home Affairs

Plettenberg's home affairs office used to be great. They are extremely slow now. The person that allows customers through does not work according to a list filled in on arrival. She creates alternative groups according to what pleases her. Everyone has to sit in the boiling sun. There are not enough chairs in the shade or a proper logical system in place.
