Not paying for services rendered

<p>For almost a year I am waiting on payment from this company who keep giving me the run around. The jobs are already done, they are already benefitting from this but they keep delaying payment saying it is not their fault, that I should speak to head office in Johannesburg. In doing so, i get told a specific date but yet still to be paid. This a large sum that cannot simply be overlooked but the fact that I am not the only contractor complaining of this terrible experience from this seemingly well established company is alarming. How can they hire you to do a job and not pay you for it when the client has already paid them?? This is theft and *********. There has been no joy trying to get anything out of anyone at this company, it would be appreciated if there were somewhat of a response or advice as to what I can do in this situation. I cannot keep waiting every month only to be told, next month!</p>
