Great product, not so great service

I have a hotbot. It's been great. I then ordered a second one and that is when things are starting to turn out badly. Firstly the installer **** about when they will come and install. After multiple calls, I notified them not to come anymore and I will inform Plentify of their terrible service. I called Plentify and the lady who answered took my details promising me that a manager will call me back. A day later, no call from Plentify, no response to emails and I'm out of pocket for the installation fee and my time wasted.
