<p>I bought a product from Pleasure Dome KENSINGTON the manager is Andrew, the product was **** and went the next day to complain to him and he promised to replace it. The **** product he gave was a consumable product as a result it disturbed my system and had to consult doctor. He later refused to refund me, and I did not ask for the GP fees that I have paid.</p>
