Bad workmanship and no guarantee!

I received absolutely shocking service from this company. A technician came to service my aircon on 12 September. He advised that he couldn't do a service as the compressor needed to be replaced. I agreed, and paid almost R30000. From the very next day I started having numerous problems with the aircon icing up, rattling and dripping water and an E9 code. They came back, and said it was the sensors that need to be replaced, which was done, but it was still not fixed. another technician visit, and somehow fins were broken off, and the back of my aircon was STICKY TAPED back together because the technician yanked it so hard instead of just un*****ing the *****s. Lots of calls and emails back and forth, and when the MD, Andre, eventually returned my call, I said I felt as if I was being ignored. His response.. "Well to be quite honest, you are being ignored." I was then given a ridiculous sob story about the technician who left his wife because she shouted at him all the time and he's very sensitive, so he had refused to come back on site because apparently I shouted at him! Unbelievable. I have several witnesses and video footage that prove I did no such thing. I was not even there when he did the inital repair. Andre also told me I should phone the manufacturer myself and ask what an E9 code is so that I can tell the technician. Is that really my job? I advised that should my repair not be attended to, I will have to go to social media. The response from the MD, "If you do that, I'll have lawyers on you so fast." I asked if he was threatening me, to which he rep****, "Yes I am." Besides the hideous service - I paid for a new compressor, as well as a full technical service - these come with a guarantee from the company, surely? And if my aircon doesn't work after this, surely they need to fix it? And yet they have refused to repair their mess. And it hasn't even been ONE month! I have had another aircon company come look today, 7 October, and the technician was horrified at the state of my aircon, and also advised that not only was a new compressor not needed, but I was also grossly overcharged. There is oil from the compressor leaking out all over, there is no gas, the fans are running at half speed and its completely iced up. Needless to say - not repaired, not serviced properly. I will be taking this further, but this is just a warning to others who are looking to use this company. They will not guarantee their parts or workmanship and do not care about their customers.
