Please avoid this training provider, they are dishonest and unprofessional. I booked a course late last year: Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Workshop Control which was to be presented via Microsoft Teams on 26-27 November 2020. The course was cancelled at the 11th hour because the facilitator allegedly had 'flu. I queried as to when the course was going to be rescheduled and they responded on 03 December, saying that the dates will be communicated. To date, nothing has happened. I eventually got hold of them telephonically and asked for a refund. I e-mailed my employer's bank account details and asked for proof of payment. A person named Zoliswa was supposed to attend to the matter but I have not received any feedback. I have sent numerous e-mails since January 2021, all unanswered. Delete any e-mails you receive of their so-called courses because they are dishonest.
