Bad dishonest service
After agreeing to have my swimming pool repaired the contactor said that the job will be done in two days. It took three weeks. He was supposed to repair my pool pump with failed after the first hour of use and I had to buy a new and install myself. He takes no responsibility and demands full payment. He had to drain my pool twice for his team being negligent and not testing the system before closing with paving and they then discovered a leak in the system. Since they started everything seemed to brake and I just have to repair. Please I warn everybody looking at pool repairs. Find a professional! !!!!

I would firstly like to thank Francois Swanepoel to help me set this great record for my company. In the 27 years of PLC King's existence this is the first time somebody feels it needed to complain. Don't think many companies can make that statement.
Secondly the details as given by Francois is only 10% of the details but yes to much to explain in this text block so any person who would like the details is very welcome to contact me Johan Saunderson on 072 - 345 - 4336.
Further more I eventually have been short paid and did request Francois details of the reason twice without response back from him.
