Not only have we received bad service from Plaza Board but our orders are never right either, they *****ed up our last order as well and we made Ikraam aware of this when we forwarded our new order to him. We even attached an Excel spreadsheet pointing out the mistakes and also included a photo. Ikraam phoned to say that he didn't understand the mistakes and also didn't know what colour we wanted our new order to be, but we clearly stated \Black Cherry"in our email. I phoned yesterday to discuss this with Ikraam but he told me he was busy and would phone me back. I still haven't received the phone call. It is impossible to communicate with this man and to get anything done. Despite all the nonsense we still make use of Plaza Board but we are really getting fed up now. The last time we had to wait 2 weeks just to get a quotation out of Ikraam. I am extremely frustrated and expect someone to do something about this because you can't run a business that way."""
