Delayed Delivery

I am absolutely applauded by the service i have received from PCB Lenasia, I purchased material to build a cupboard on the 24/10/2015 and was promised delivery on the 27/10/2015. after making arrangements with my builder and paying an arm and a leg for the material to be delivered and on time, I am now being told that their machine doesn't work, therefore, they cannot advise when my delivery will be taking place...this is time consuming and money wasting as I need to make my builder wait on the material while he has other work to do. I need my material delivered within this week still or I want my money back and go to a sufficient supplier, this service is disappointing to say the least.
