Bad service delivery

<p>I took my measurement at Plaza board Centre Lenasia and I met Jerome I gave him my measurements and he asked me about my carpenter he told me that the guy is not good. He called Sabata who he recommended to me. I called him to come take other measurement of which he did. I went for the quote to Jerome he quoted me, on 05/07/16 I paid for the material and he told me that I have to wait cause he is odering the board from another branch I waited for 6 weeks at the end after I fought with him he gave me another board. I compromisesd from my first choice , the cutting of doors are wrong I have to incurr the cost again I must pay for their mistakes is this fair is this the customer service that I must get.</p>
