Bad Service

I placed 2 orders the first order was short delivered , i paid the contracters for that job but was incomplete due to them not delivering all the wood, upon that i gave them Another chance with a bigger job, same thing happened , i complained and all I got was a 1300 back in cash but still i paid contractors way more than that , so i will pay contractors a 4th time now due to bad service.
