Appalling service received

<p> I am highly upset as I cannot believe the lack in service one encounters here at plaza board centre situated in Stikland. Firstly, they were a week late with my order and when they do decide to deliver half of my order was wrong. The boards ordered were not cut to the correct size and my husband who paid for the delivery of the boards had to drive to and from to Stikland to have the boards cut down to its proper size. The boards that they had not delivered as part of my order I had to go and collect myself as they never had a Truck to deliver! What service have I paid for then? No apology from the Manager??? I am appalled by the way I have been treated!! The receptionist places wrong orders???! What the freaken hell!</p>
