Unacceptable service

Car given in for service for heating problem. That seems to be sorted out and they create other problems that were not there in the first place. Hooter was working perfectly b4 giving car in and now does not work. Asked them to sort the problem. They say they unavailable bring next day. An accident could have occured due to their negligence. And they have the audacity to say if i want my money back they will refund it. But wen they wanted payment it was done on full. Also wiper washer was not working. All these things should have been checkedbbut they neglected to do so. Now i will hav to pay someone else to sort their mess. Please dont be a victim of this. They are unprofessional and not worth the price u have to pay.
