Withdrawal process ridiculous

First time I've tried this site. I ended up winning some money but after verifying my identity was told they don't process withdrawals over the weekend. It's now Monday almost 1pm and no money yet. If you would like to compete with the other online gambling sites you will have to change your withdrawal times. All the others let you withdraw any time and process immediately. Won't be using you again unless you change..
