Tsogo Betting on Line *****s your money.

I played on Tsogo last night and paid with my zapper app. I noticed that zapper took an extra R100 transaction that was not given on Tsogo. I spoke to zapper and they said because they processed the payment only they can not do anything. I then contacted Tsogo on the Chat Line and the consultant wanted a PROOF of Payment. He even send me the instructions to get a proof of payment which is when you EFT a beneficiary. With zapper its an online transaction and I can not print a Proof of Payment. i have proof of the 3 transactions on my zapper transactions. Zapper send it. I also have a history on Tsogo that can show I did not get that R100. They can see the history. If this Betway or Hollywood they would have taken my word and checked the history. I wanted to speak to a manager. But they will not help me.
