Query pending for more then 2 months now money not refunded

Im very disappointed with the online experience i had i was playing online and i made my bet R17.20 instead of taking t R17.20 the bet took R172 by the time i realized it took more the R700 i immediately informed the customer care team its been more then 2 months and they tellig me investigating ever since i can't win on site or online
