PlayTSOGO poor customer service

I was given 100rand free play on Friday 23/05/25, I turned that 100rand into 13000, and I wagered 25x (2500). I decided to withdraw my 13000 on Saturday at 6.30pm, it was Saturday so I waited till Monday 26/05/25, and still nothing was processed. So Tuesday came, and then I was told I need to deposit 50rand in order to receive my withdrawal, I did that at 9.30am on Tuesday and then I did my withdrawal again. It is Wednesday 28/05/25 12pm and nothing has been processed. My withdrawal still shows pending.
