Not happy

Still waiting for my money since Saturday. It took them forever to fica mu documents. I want my money and I won it fair and square. Money is still pending and not even processed yet. Eft doesn't have to take so long. I withdrawal from world sport betting on a Sunday and the money was in the same day. Why are you people being so slow. Actually do need the money urgently.
