Instant Payments - A **** on PlayTsogo

Play Tsogo has by far the worst bet payment system ever. I requested for instant withdrawal on play Tsogo to be paid into my account, and 30+hrs later, still no payment into my account.

When I speak to their support team I’m told to give finance a chance to process payment. Yet on the app it clears states that instant payments can take up to 24hrs.

This is weird cause this seems to be the only online app that withholds payments to winning players. Truly despicable when such platforms don’t understand the meaning of instant payments.
