Disappointing Experience with PlayTsogo

I am extremely disappointed with PlayTsogo's customer service. I have been waiting for more than 24 hours just to register an account, and there has been zero communication from them regarding the delay. When I tried calling for assistance, I was told to use their live chat instead, but that was equally frustrating. The support agents were unhelpful and didn't seem to care about resolving my issue.

My mother also had a bad experience. She was given 25 free spins, and she wanted to withdraw her R800 winnings before using the spins. To our surprise, they canceled her free spins immediately and bluntly informed us when we questioned them about it.

Additionally, it's frustrating that you can't access your account from different devices. Every time you try, they block you, and you have to go through the entire process again to get things working. It’s just too much hassle to play on PlayTsogo.
