Security concerns at playtown and lack of concern from management

Becareful with your vehicles, premises is not safe nor ate the owners concerned. We gad our kids party there this past weekend 24th September 2022. Although amazing for kids, my guest fortuner was ****** for which I notified them and asked what they plan on doing. Their response was poor, saying they have done all the can and have a guard who patrols and they have changed the system a bit. Very unprofessional and does not give comfort on security. Also,the place is not that big, a guard patrol should take max ten minutes around they place. It takes less than 10 mins to ***** a fortuner? Please.
