Poor Service

I had my Twins' birthday party at Playtown Centurion on Saturday 9 September. I was really disappointed in the service! The table that was booked out for our group, was occupied by the previous session's patrons until 15:20 (our session was supposed to start at 15:00) and staff did very little to help us get a table (they only started acting when my husband started shouting). Food service was disjointed and wrong orders arrived at our table. The drinks specials advertised on the front page of the menu was not available for order. I have no idea why I paid R800 to secure the booking if this is the way that customers are treated! I sent a complaint to them and they have not bothered to respond to me.
