I ordered food and they added something on my plate that I did not order

I ordered food and they added something on my plate that I did not order. I explained to the kitchen manager and he refused to assist me and told me to pay extra for replacement. The level of rudeness I experienced at this place was on another level. This is not the first time I felt like this at this place. And definitely not coming back!!!
