Where are the HUMANS!?

No HUMAN will make contact with me. The response email asks you to call their number. The phone number is automated and tells you to visit the website to request a refund. No one answers the phone if you just stay on the line. I need a refund for an unauthorised purchase. They clearly don't care that they have ****** money!
