Useless online assistance

All I want to do is simply change my cellphone number. I have recently moved from south africa to the UK.

All I need to do is change my cellphone number so my multi factor authentication will work.

Website says online assistance 24/7. But then says it can't help me because it's out of their operating hours.

So stupid.

Been trying to get some online assistance for days!
