PSVR to PS5 Free Connector

Playstation offer a free cable/connector for PSVR when moving to PS5. I have confirmed with them many times that they are sending it to me, received many emails (over a few months) but nothing. I have no idea how Playstation in SA is managed, but it does not seem very well.
