Playstation unauthorised debit

Hi on my birthday 30 July Playstation took money from bank account, money I didnt authorise. I need a refund for the 4 unauthorised purchases that day. Transaction IDs: ***, ***, ***, *** I have never authorised Playstation to debit a subscription nor these purchases above. Whats even more frustrating is how they've made it for customers to contact them. No working email for support and not chat window/ bot. I need my finances refunded to me in full and in peace asap please!!! Thabo M *** ***
