PlayStation support nah xbox is looking good right now

Terrible customer service. I bought the pass to the Ea play hub and couldn't get logged in. I asked playstation support to help me get signed in. Instead I just received a canned response as if I had requested a refund. Whoever responded to me did not even read my query. They are also unavailable on weekends and make it very difficult to contact them. When you do eventually reach them it's not worth the time.
