Playstation only cares about your money

Stuck in a loop. Suspended for an issue that has been resolved twice now. Its like they cant accept that I do not want to play all of their games, they see a chargeback and they cant believe someone would take money from them because thats all they care about. A simple account check would show what happened but no, cant have people taking money from us under any circumstances even though we will take our sweet time trying to get back to them. Pathetic company
