Playstation ignores their customers

I have bought a bundle for R200 It didn’t show up on the game I was playing or in my library ( purchased section). I renewed my licenses and did everything playstasion said I must do. I mailed them back saying that nothing works when I followed their steps. Still waiting for a reply (3 weeks and multiple emails sent)

XBOX is way better with their customer care and even Steam would’ve solved the problem in a day
