***** Playstation and their so-called "support"

Agreed with pretty much every other 1 star review on here. PSN Support shows exactly how they feel about their customers. They think that because they're so loaded in money it won't hurt them to ignore their customers. But, Playstation will eventually plummet if they continue this ****. Can't get them on the phone due to "high call volume", which I struggle to believe...then again, if everyone is having issues, it may be true. Can't get them on the online chat due to "long wait times." They refuse to respond to emails. They refuse to respond to messages on twitters, facebook, or any other media outlet they have, where they claim the word "support", yet don't earn that title. Playstation support team is absolute garbage. I'll lose thousands of dollars, and years of progress on tons of games, plus a huge library of hundreds of PURCHASED GAMES, if I can't get signed back into my account. Word of advice to other players, if you decide to continue using Playstation (I won't)....do NOT use 2SV. You will eventually get ****ed and signed out without the ability to sign back in, and support won't help you for ****.
