Pathetic customer service - avoid your emails and charge you when you've already requested to cancel

Shocking customer service. I received a reminder about my upcoming subscription renewal to which I rep**** asking for assistance to cancel it because I could not find the subscription when I logged in on my profile. They ignored my request for assistance and proceeded to charge R1600 anyway for a product I do not need/want/use as I have sold the Playstation almost a year ago. They take forever to reply to emails and after having to send them reminder for response, they reply with "we cannot look into a consideration for a refund". SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!
